Future forms

Future forms:

Going to: plans and predictions: things we have already decided. When you can see something about to happen.

Will/won’t: predictions, offers, promises: instant decisions at the moment of speaking

Shall: I, We. For offers: “shall I help you?”
For suggestions: “shall we go now?”
Only used in very formal written English.

Present continuous: arrangements: when a time or place has been agreed (going to: also possible)
